I have grown up in Brevard County. Lived in Brevard County since I was six years old. Grew up on Merritt Island. Spent time all over Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach down to Melbourne Beach and Sebastian growing up, fishing and surfing. Lived in Suntree since 1998 and in Viera since 2001. I know every corner of Brevard County, literally. Not just from a real estate perspective but also as a local. Someone that has lived and grown up in Brevard most all of his life. My wife is Brevard County born and raised as are our two boys. Both have graduated from the Brevard County Public School system. Both played competitive soccer from the time they were 4 years old to 18 years old. Both played JV and Varsity soccer throughout high school. We have travelled to every corner of the State of FL for soccer. I know all of FL but Brevard County, Indian River County and Central FL is my backyard, literally and figuratively.
